01Risk notice
PonziHooks pools work as follows, and you accept this before you trade.
- Every buy and sell pays a tax in ETH, and 80% of it goes to the wallets that bought before. Later buyers pay earlier buyers. When buying stops, payouts stop.
- Prices can go to zero. You can lose everything you put in, and most later buyers lose money.
- Nothing is promised: no return, no payout, no price. Past payouts to the line say nothing about future ones.
02What PonziHooks is
PonziHooks is software: a factory contract (0x221d26395edb909dA56950A14Dd21f34c4a4529a) that launches coins and their Uniswap v4 pools, and a hook contract (0x3F55DC6fe16214B85444CC79F587f2FCdF8F28cc) that taxes every swap in those pools and keeps the line. This website reads those contracts and prepares transactions for your wallet to sign.
The site is not a broker, an exchange, a bank or an adviser. It never holds your funds or your keys. Nothing on it is investment, legal or tax advice.
03Your responsibilities
- You are of legal age and allowed to use such software where you live.
- You check every transaction in your wallet before you sign it. A signed transaction cannot be undone.
- You keep your wallet and keys safe.
- You pay your own taxes on what you buy, sell or claim.
- You do not use the site to break the law, to launch coins that impersonate a person or a company, or to mislead buyers.
04Coins launched by others
Anyone can launch a coin through the factory. Names and symbols are chosen by their creators and are not checked. A coin listed on the site is not endorsed by anyone. Its creator earns 10% of its tax.
05Contracts and risks
The contracts are verified on Sourcify and run on Robinhood Chain. They can contain bugs. The chain, its RPC, the explorer or Uniswap can be slow, change or stop. Prices in a pool can move fast, and a swap can fail or fill worse than its preview within the slippage you allow.
The hook has an owner who can set where the house cut goes ($PONZI stakers) and hand ownership over. The owner cannot move the line's ETH, the creators' ETH or anyone's coins, and cannot change a pool's tax.
06No warranty, limited liability
The site and the contracts are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operators are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, the contracts or coins launched through them.
07Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did. The contracts cannot change: what they do is what their verified source says.
